In a matter of 2 hours we had two different boats break down and were still charged almost full price for the 6 hour trip we had planned. Super disappointed with the gentleman who “helped” us. If your boats are broken or rigged to only work for a couple hours then you can’t rent them out for 6 hours knowing they will break down leaving families stranded. Not only once, but twice.
