Nearly choked to death tonight on my sushi roll. Smashed up plastic that expanded once I tried to swallow and cut off my airway. I've been to countless sushi places over the years and never had any issues let alone something as life threatening at this! Unacceptable! Hold your chefs to proper safety standards! PS, the manager I spoke to seemed to have not cared in the slightest about potentially killing a customer let alone a lawsuit that would more than likely have followed.
