Very happy with go easy online. We purchased a smith machine and leg press, quality is really good. Happy with both products. Husband built them both on his own. He did say the instructions could be a bit clearer in a couple places but overall he built both in about 3-5 hours over 2 nights. Will buy again

Sold a faulty item. Been more than 3 months with conflicting stories between manufacturer and go easy. Still unresolved and go easy very u helpful

Beware of this company, money grabbing and don’t value customers - I’m extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Go Easy. I cancelled my order before even collecting the item due to an unexpected event out of my hands yet I was still charged crazy excessive and unfair cancellation fees. While I understand businesses can have cancellation policies, charging significant restocking or ‘processing fees’ (which could not be explained how they come up with this fee???) for an item that never even left their warehouse ... read more
