This is the most unprofessional company to work with don’t buy anything from them if you want it to arrive for an occasion. The staff were putrid and were no help from the start. I still have no idea where my daughter’s bike is. To pay that much money and have no idea where an item is wrong. They pay a freight team they have no idea where they are or how to contact them to find your item.
Most amazing customer service I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Ordered a playground for our little ones for Christmas, which unfortunately due to no fault of their own, has been delayed and won't arrive until after Christmas. Kate from customer service was absolutely lovely to speak with, and honestly went above and beyond to help rectify the issue and worked with me to find a solution/ replacement that would ensure my kids would have their present on Christmas morning. Collection was easy and straight forward too.
I purchased an item in late November that I was told it would be delivered mid December and have now been advised that this item is out of stock and won’t be delivered in time for Christmas. Do not rely on this supplier to fulfil orders, especially around Christmas. My child is now left without a Christmas present and I have not been advised when this will now be in stock. Appalling customer service.
