Definitely won’t be coming back! I paid $15 and the employee didn’t scrub the front or back bumper, so the car was still dirty. He first got bothered when I said no to the monthly subscription, and then when I pointed out how bad the wash was, he tried to make me pay again to fix their mistake. We asked for the manager, and instead of apologizing or saying anything, he just stayed quiet and opened the gate for me to go through another wash. No accountability, no customer service.
First time visiting this car wash and by far the best I’ve ever been to. It got the spots that no other drive-thru I’ve been to has gotten. The vacuums impressed me. Amazing suction!
