It seems that they're taking this and this care of their car washes and the car washes are getting worse and worse. I can go in there with bird poop on my vehicle and when I come out from the wash it's still there. I usually have to get down and use one of the rides to sit there and wipe each one off. Also, the customer service you receive can be widely variable from somebody who actually helps you, to most people who don't really do or seem to care to help.
Went to go wash our car at location on Ruben Torres near Walmart and as I a senior citizen lady got off my vehicle to dry off the windows, a gentleman named Miguel approached me with Towels when he offered to dry off my entire vehicle , thank you Miguel for your service
Vacuums never have good suction. My home vacuum works better than the ones in car wash. Very frustrating when you have limited time in your hands and the times you go you can’t properly clean your vehicle. Waste of money
