EMPLOYEE SCRATCHED MY BUMPER WITH THE BRUSH. I have visited a handful of times and overall the car wash works well. However, the last time I visited, the guy who pre washes with a handheld brush scratched my bumper. He was very rough and just slammed the brush onto my car without care. This is very upsetting. Beware.
We went in Halloween 2025 and the staff put on an amazing haunted tunnel!!!!! I’ve never seen anything like it!!! It made our night!! Great job!!!!
Can't tell you how often I come here and its closed within business hours for maintenance or whatever the case is. Payment comes out on time every month, but you don't get credited for days you go and can't wash your vehicle. Car wash itself sucks also, they rarely make contact with your vehicle, some just spin but don't touch. Dryers are terrible. Canceling and going to Big League
All in all, they do a great job!
Been here twice in this past month and was very impressed by a gentleman, I believe his name was Jeremy. He is consistent with servicing every single car that goes through the tunnel. He scrubs the front and rear bumpers whether they are clean or dirty. He is the reason why I bought the unlimited washes for our two trucks. Keep up the good work Jeremy!
