I don’t know how or why but this car wash seems to be the only one that damages our vehicles. Ripped off my wife’s license plate while bending the other. Then ripped off my tundra’s hood grill. Both vehicles are stock (2017 &2018) with no damages to vehicle. Manager was called by the worker (worker seemed genuinely concerned). Manager came out and immediately said “yeahhhh, we don’t cover that. Call your insurance.” Then proceeded to say it like 5 more times. Needless to say, I needed to buy a new grill.
