Maranda Spears is a manager and she was rude and non caring during this pandemic. I've been billed for services that they are not offered! I am charged full price with no vacuum services! When I explained my situation I was told I should have went online to cancel serivces. Unbelievable no I'm sorry or empathy statement.
I went before, one of the brushes didn't even touch the car. When asked, they claimed that it was only stored to graze the front bumper, sounds legit🙄. I asked to go back through and they were reluctant at first. Today, virtually half of those brushes didn't even come on. Will never be back
