From our first point of contact everything was relaxed. Fast email replying When we picked up the campervan, it was clean, everything supplied, toilet paper, sponge, rubbish bag, garden hose. The campervan was in excellent condition. Comfortable and easy to drive. Water pump and fridge ran perfectly. All the important things for a plug and play roadtrip

I hired the eco deluxe van for around four weeks, as I wanted to follow a cycle route I did 17 years ago. I am now disabled, so this was the only way I could do so. Pick up was smooth and quick, and the van in very good condition. As it was just myself travelling, I left the bed (VERY comfortable) in place. We rented the mini camper for a month long road trip up and down the west coast. From the start, Darrell and his team were so helpful and communicative. We had a slight issue with the engine overheating, but this was soon fixed after letting Darrell know, and a quick trip to the mechanic. Would definitely recommend using this company - I’ve rented from a few companies in Australia, and this has been my best experience by far.
