Brand new to Arizona, visited 5 dealers and this was by far the best one! The bikes were great the people are beyond friendly as well, great customer service. What was supposed to be a quick 5 minute in and out turned into a 2 hour "lets talk about our love of bikes" session. I definitely will be coming here for gear needs, and i will definitely purchase bikes from GO AZ Scottsdale, even if i am across the country

Seriously I'd give them six stars if possible. Was in town during a road trip and needed some servicing on my Kawasaki. Brett from the service department was terrific and got me in the same day. Browsed around to kill time and everyone was very hospitable. Yes, even the sales people who were very accommodating to my question even though they knew I was only there for a service appointment. Service shot me down to have any service at all done on my Victory. It's not a real bike service shop to tell the truth. It's a bring'em in the back door, sell'em out the front. Just a used bike place mostly.
