I was so scared to buy a used vehicle without physically seen it on site, and I tried lots of dealerships but just couldn't not get approved. Until!! Sales Rep Jerry had been contacting me all week over the purchase of a van. He said nothing was wrong with it and they done a 30 point inspection. I could tell as soon as I drove it that there was a steering issue. Took it to be checked out pre-purchase and it has low coolant, transmission leak, rack and pinion was bad and the front passenger side "strut" area needed replacement. Very disappointing to come across a business that takes advantage when they assume that you don't better. Do not buy from here.
