I had an appointment to purchase a specific vehicle, which was confirmed both the day before and the day of. I drove over an hour to the dealership, only to find out the car wasn’t even there. I was then told someone else was “test driving” it, was pre-approved, and had full coverage—essentially meaning the car was already sold. This is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Kasie is the woman to get with. She made sure i was happy with my decision and made it happened. Lots of choices as well. All the staffs were very nice and helped a lot. The environment made you feel at home. Thank yall all so much. Definitely recommend coming here for a vehicle. Don’t forget to ask for her too.
