Never answer phone been on hold for 2 hours
I went in to make a payment and didn't know that they did not take cash anymore so I had to go buy a money order which wasn't too bad cuz it was a couple of blocks down. Once again, The gentleman that helped me with long hair was nice to me and treated me with respect. I don't understand how a lot of people say that they're rude and unprofessional.
