It is extremely difficult to get in touch with them; they do not follow up on accident claims, exhibit unprofessional behavior, lack customer support skills, and have poor communication abilities. Their conflict resolution is inadequate, and if you only have liability insurance, forget about receiving any assistance. Yet, every month they expect payment while neglecting their responsibilities.
