My 6-month-old puppy and I recently completed level 1. What a great experience! This class was fun, and focused on skills that build your connection, trust and teamwork with your dog. This class gave me exactly what I needed to have confidence raising a well-behaved, well-socialized dog. The lessons are paced perfectly, helping us make progress every week. I was only able to attend one class in February as I had to drop out because a family member was suddenly put on hospice in Detroit. We immediately left for MI. I notified them and asked for a refund and never received one. To date I have never received a refund. It was a sad time for our family. It is now June and I just remembered we never got a refund. I would still like to receive one. If not, it tells me a lot about the organization.
