Christina Quarternik decided to go out of her way to publicly verbally harass and harass a Latino man because she (incorrectly) assumed he had stolen from her. Not only did she continue to lead a cyber bullying attack against him, but she encouraged her friends to do the same, filling his page up with vile comments.
