In 2013 my roof developed a leak all the way down into my powder room on the first floor. Jose, GNS owner, came the same day to access the problem. It was raining and his crew could not repair the roof that day but he ensured that a large tarp was covering the area before he came back. Bad storm took off multiple shingles. Not only did they fix them missing shingles but the also fixed a rubber boot around an exhaust vent that was leaking as well.
