I have had nothing but good experience with the people at GNS! They were able to get me in to replace my windshield in less than a week. Unfortunately, glasswork is tricky and the new windshield cracked a few days later. I brought it back in and GJ realized it was an installation issue. He took full responsibility, was extremely apologetic, and will be fixing it again at no cost time. GREAT auto body work, and even better customer service!!
They painted a hood for my husband's car and did a great job and was done quickly
Went in for an estimate and got it before I left that day. GJ was quick and efficient, and even gotta catch up before I left that day. GJ has known my family for years and never once did us wrong.
Went in for an estimate around 10am, Had all the photos taken and was told I would have an estimate before the end of day. Waited in town for 4 hours (I live an hour away) and called back to ask about the estimate, they hadn’t had time for it today but didn’t feel the need to call and let me know that. Assured me they would have an estimate for me the next day.... that was over 2 weeks ago and Iv never heard back from them. Very unprofessional and a waste of a day for me.
