Receptionist is great but technicians not so much, equipment is outdated, had to go to a different location.
I walked 20mins to this location as I dont drive. Upon entering the receptionist’ (dark red curly hair and tattoos) tone was rude and unkind. I needed an X-ray done and ultrasound at a later date and to book me in. So I sat down, 5mins later she called me up to say that the technician wasnt doing hand or wrist so I left gave me a copy of the requisition. Walked home. The receptionist then called me said where are you? I said you told me it wasnt possible I presumed it was for the xray as I was waiting. She said that was for ... read more
Very grateful for my care today. The front line person was welcoming. The XRay tech was great. And only a 10 minute wait!
