Worst experience ever I had a 2:15 appointment and i arrived earlier than that but still had to wait a whole hour And when they finally called me i was asked to wait for the person that came after me to go first
Not a friendly environment what so ever. Instead go to Whitby Medical X-Ray and Ultrasound - Valence Medical Imaging, if you want to experience a positive experience.
We had an appointment scheduled for 2:35 PM, but when we arrived at the clinic, it was completely closed and locked. There was no staff present, and the door was locked. We tried calling the clinic multiple times, but no one answered and there was no way to get in touch with anyone. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating, especially after taking time out of our day to be there on time. I was not accommodated by my previous appointment with another X-ray clinic today bec. I was few minutes late ( blame the Toronto traffic!) but bec I was desperate to get the tests done so I went to GNMI Whitby and without any appointment they accommodated me kindly . They were all kind and professional. High praise to the kind lady at the front desk, to the X-ray technician and to the ultrasound technician and to the rest of the staff thanks a lot.
