I have been trying to reschedule my appointment for about a week now with no luck. The booking/rescheduling procedures/process and client/patient communication is not ideal. This has been necessarily frustrating and complicated.
The worst place ever can’t never get hold of them by phone call and even after doing ur scans like X-ray or ultrasound they don’t send reports to your doctors in time. Waited for 1 week and had to be on call for 3hr waiting to speak to someone as I was next to speak to someone call gets cut and have to wait from 12 again. while dealing with pain for week time. Worse place I ever been to sadly my doctor still haven’t received my reports
