I had a great experience with GNMI. The staff were very helpful, friendly and responsive throughout the whole process. I needed an MRI and had an upcoming specialist appointment, so I was worried that the report might not be ready in time. When I explained my situation, the staff made a note and kindly helped to expedite the report. I was very impressed that my report was completed much sooner than expected. I would give GNMI zero stars if that were an option. I did not receive an appointment reminder by email or SMS, nor did I confirm the appointment. The last communication I received was approximately three months ago while waiting for my scan. When I attempted to contact GNMI, I experienced extremely long wait times with no clear resolution. I am now being told I must pay a $75 no show fee through my referring clinic, despite not being properly notified of or confirming the appointment. I have been trying to reschedule my appointment for about a week now with no luck. The booking/rescheduling procedures/process and client/patient communication is not ideal. This has been necessarily frustrating and complicated.
