Had a 12:25 appointment, showed up at 12:20. The lady at the desk told me that because I didn't show up 30 minutes early, they didn't know if they could keep my appointment. My email says that if they cancel the appointment, they'll charge me a $75 fee to rebook. I wasn't interested in cancelling the appointment, I showed up 5 minutes before I was scheduled to be there and threatened with cancellation due to not showing up 30 minutes before scheduled.
