Shelby was the person I dealt with to get my unit. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She gets a 5 star. There was a young man I talked to saturday and earlier today that was not much help.
Gated, secure and wide aisles great if you have a big trailer to unload, I’ve never had any issues here and would recommend if you’re searching.
I love the price of my storage unit
Called arborstone to ask if they could spray around my three units because we found black widows and bees in them. Was told it was the renters responsibility. I have no choice but to pay for them to be sprayed and pray none of my family members are bit or stung when we go inside. Update: whatever you do, don't complain about this place. After my complaint about the black widows and bees in my unit, I recieved a notice my rent will be increased by $15 per month.
