About 7 years ago he recharged the line on my roof mounted air conditioner/heater for a reasonable price and everything went great. Fast forward to 2020. We had planned to move the AC unit a few inches because it's mounted off center and lets rain water into the house. He came over and took pictures. We planned the job for later that week, but he didn't show up or call. I called the office. He said he was going to be in my town tomorrow. I said "that's convenient, come on by." The service tech came and solved our furnace issue immediately. Very fair pricing and came recommended from a local appliance repair shop.
Pleasant, helpful, on time and went out of his way (cleaned our air grate and put in a new air filter) beside fixing the air conditioner. Would recommend to others and use again.
