I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the lack of customer service and attention to inventory; this store's associate seems to constantly display and then blames on GNC. Not only is the associate often in the back room when I walk in, but he is often on the phone or more interested in something else other than giving attention to the customers and solving the customer's single inquiry. Purchased a product, and didn’t like it so I exchanged for another one. Would’ve been a fine experience if the bald guy wasn’t so rude. Exchanged it the old product for a vegan product. Instead of being helpful, this guy was rude, saying it’s not enough protein and after the exchange is already completed decides to say “it’s also disgusting” ok well if you know so,much how about do your job and suggest another vegan product you think I would like???
