Just had a great experience at GNC Norwalk CT. Went in for a simple purchase, power bars, and Sam went out of his way to ensure I had a complete u derstanding of the differences between products and was signed up for all promotions to get me a fair price. I felt very comfortable that he and Randy were knowledgeable and focused on my needs. I’ll be back!!
I really liked this GNC. They staff is typically helpful and polite. However, the reason for my low review, I went to this location 1/26/24 around 10 and paid for a case. I got my change and made a mistake by forgetting to count it. I got home and realized I was shorted $10. I called the store to let them know and they claimed they didn't know I was talking about and pretended they checked the till in a minute.
