September 2025, I submitted my wellness form to be completed as I have done for past 3yrs. This year I was met with so much push back from Ashley Simms, Tiffany and Betty. The form clearly stated my lab results and physical exam could be used from October 2024-September 30, 2025. I had my physical exam on 10/23/2024 yet Ashley kept insisting that I needed to come in for another exam which was echoed by Tiffany and Betty. I was formerly a patient. The person I saw is no longer at the practice. When I called to try to make an appointment for a spot I'm worried is cancer, I was told that they could see I came before but that their current provider isn't taking new patients, so I'm out of luck and can't even get on a list to make an appointment there. Dr Gilbert is Great, staff Need to be re-educated on #1 Customer Service, #2 Informing patients and Lack of Communication, Horrible. Husband Had lab work done, as a result of that Lab work, an appointment was made for further procedure WITHOUT him being informed. #3 Billing system is HORRIBLE , Information System via TEXT MESSAGING is ALSO HORRIBLE Husband kept getting text messages that his Bill was ready to pay. Arrived at Harbin Clinic Lab Rome, GA this morning at 8:45. Wait time was estimated at 45 minutes as was indicated on a small chalkboard placed in the reception window. At 9:10 a.m., a gentleman approached the window to sign in for blood work, was told the wait time was 45 minutes. Told the receptionist that he worked there and was permitted to enter for his blood test ahead of everyone waiting in the waiting area.
