We set up multiple appointments that he didn't show up to. On the first one we had scheduled the office called and asked if I was getting on. They never sent me the link to get on. After her third try I managed to get the link in my email and see him. He pushed for a drug that would cost me more than what I could afford (we're talking multiple hundreds of dollars) and I said no to it. He seemed unhappy.
