After 7" of rain last month we had water in our basement for the first time in 34 years. I sent an inquiry and Manny quickly came out to look at our home. The first being Manny being professional & respectful which doesn't always happen since you know, most men are contractors & don't usually deal w/ women. In the past year we had GN Exteriors fix two roof leaks. The first time we had a flat rubber roof that was leaking. I called them and they responded and came out right away and repaired our roof. The second time our main roof was leaking around two vents that were loose and leaking. I was very happy with their work and impressed that they came so Quickly when I called. I would use GN Exteriors again.
Great experience! Manny was very kind, quick, and thorough. Sent me a detailed quote with pictures, which was helpful in seeing what needed to be done. Repaired my roof and chimney sooner than expected too. Highly recommend!
