LOVE LOVE LOVE JILLIAN. She is an angel. I send everyone that has Thyroid problems to her. SHE SAVED MY LIFE! THANK YOU JILLIAN. 💋💋 I like most of the staff but....... some are young and don't realize we can still hear them, when they cop an attitude. I've witnessed it many times and have said something. I won't go anywhere else because of JILLIAN!! She cares, listens, and is a Fabulous NP.
When I was caring for my elderly father in law before he passed away I utilized them for his type 2 Diabetes management, and then later on switched to their office for my own complex Brittle Type 1 Diabetes care. The staff is great at both locations, Hobart and Valparaiso. My favorite is Lisa, she is the NP on staff, and always so helpful.
I have dealt with Hashimotos for over 25 years. Was a patient at Northwestern, UIC and UofC as well as 2 doctors in NWI. Besides my gyno, who has retired, NO ONE listened to me besides Jillian and Alessandra. They not only helped me with my Hashimotos, but also helped me with weight loss. I haven't felt this healthy in years. This practice is simply AMAZING!!
They never returned my calls and did not send my lab orders to the hospital. I felt l was just to be quiet and comply.
