This company is AWESOME! I had a BUSTED iPhone 5 given to me from a friend, and I called EZ iPhone Repair. The screen was completely cracked (with some small pieces of glass missing) AND the port for the charger needed to be replaced. These guys came out to my job, picked up the phone and repaired it ON-SITE! It was done in 45 minutes and he informed me that I had another issue. The battery also needed to be replaced. Talk about customer service - this guy is excellent! I have a delivery business and use my iPhone 5 for everything from texting to payments to the map app. I'm lost without it! This guy met me at my kid's soccer game, had the phone fixed in 20 minutes, and I'm back up and running. Best money I've ever spent!
Outstanding communication and service. Fast and thorough.
AWFUL customer service and my proximity sensor stopped working after he "fixed" my screen. I called to ask about it and he just started screaming and kept interrupting me. STAY AWAY and save your money.
I have now taken several iphones to him! Simply the best and very reasonable prices!
