I called on a Wensday the voicemail said I only need a appointment on mondays I knocked on the door waited called and repeated it’s stupid you want best customer service but don’t accept customers

I brought my wife's phone here after breaking it the night before. The service was incredible! Everything from the price to the final quality of the repaired phone surpassed my expectations. It was quick, affordable, and easy. I will, without a doubt, return to EZ iPhone Repair if I need work done on a phone in the future!
When you do business you try and reasonably make the customer happy. I spent my hard earned 85.00 dollars in this establishment 2 months ago only for his product to fail. Now wants to charge me an additionally 60.00 to repair for the 2nd time. Lack of quality of product and true understanding of business if you deal with this. Good luck I would never drop a dime here again and recommend you do the same. When you sell something you stand behind it and expect it to last at the very minimum more than 2 months.
