I reached out on at least 3 separate occasions about 2 different properties and never heard back. Unfortunately, never got the chance to speak with them to know how they are as a management company, but I think that alone says enough.
This guy shows up to do our walkthrough and he doesn’t even introduce himself and it was a completely different management company that I had dealt with. For all I knew he was just some random person. Never told me his name or the company worked for. Not even a hi how are you. He instantly created a hostile environment accusing me of inaccuracies and damages.
