I always accompany my 100 year old mother to her medical appointments. It's a good thing. On two separate occasions my mother was addressed as a different patient. The first occasion was a well-check for my mother. The nurse came in and began asking which shoulder she was having surgery on. I told the nurse my mother was not having surgery. The nurse began arguing with me that she was having surgery because her shoulder was broken. I asked if she had my mother's chart in front of her. Very short wait, nice friendly and courteous staff and Dr. Overman was very attentive and interested in my problems and ordered lab work to diagnose the cause of the symptoms.
