I called them at midnight , the plumber said that he didn’t have the snake to clean the sewer with him , he offered me to come in the morning instead .
This was about a leak repair. Though I led Rick to the bathroom where the repair was needed, he instead compromised the cold water pressure in the kitchen and shut off the outside spigot. He was arrogant and wrong!! When a competent plumber showed up, he immediately figured out where the leak was, and fixed it within 3 hours. Rick took many more hours to not fix the problem at hand and to create unnecessary problems. I agree with the other negative review. He's rude and does not know what he's doing.
