I'd have to say my experience with Mid-State was the best I've ever had. I was referred to them by a friend and came to them in a bind and they did not disappoint! After a terrible time at two other dealerships they provided a fair trade and got me on the road that night with my dream SUV. I will highly recommend them!
The service was great. Now I can't get them to stop contacting me, wanting me to rate them. I have receive phone calls, multiple text, and emails from them. Enough already. Yes you performed an oil change get over it and leave me alone.
Overall we had an excellent buying experience. Nathan is an outstanding salesman and we are very satisfied with his service. The dealership is inviting, clean and conveniently located for maintenance service appointments as well. Thanks for everything! 5 Stars in all categories.
