A disappointing experience. I texted with the manager and a salesperson before I arrived at the dealership, and we agreed on a price. When it was time to work out monthly payments, all of a sudden there was a 2,500 fee for tinting. Before I arrived, via text, the manager specifically mentioned taxes and DMV fees as part of the total. They had every opportunity to disclose all fees at that point but didn't. After I said I didn't want the tinting, they said it was mandatory but immediately reduced the price to 1,000. What a ma... read more

Came for an oil change 2025 Cadillac with 27,000 miles on it...they took me close to my time of appointment and waited my hour....when I went to pay we reinforced that they rotationed? "No" tire rotation due to the wear on the tires?????? I knew I had at least 5,000 more mile till it it came to the wear bars. Very disappointed still paid $107.00!
