When we purchased our 2026 GMC pickup truck,we were treated kindly by the staff and this has nothing to do with the dealership. The problem is the vehicle we purchased it has turned off 4 times while it's running and they don't know what the problem is and the second thing is the oil consumption every 1500 to 2000 miles it needs 1/2 to 3/4 of oil no leaks,it's not burning it where's the oil going to. Honestly, I was disappointed with my experience. From the very first conversation, I clearly stated that I wanted the Buick Envista Sport Touring. However, after signing all the paperwork, I realized the vehicle I was given was actually the Envista Preferred. I trusted that the dealership was quoting and preparing the Sport Touring model I asked for, so finding out afterward was very frustrating and disappointing.
