service department sucks
If you ask me this is the best dealership in the area, they don’t try to lowball you, just give you a fair price. My favorite salesman is Tony Cabe. He will do all he can to make you happy.
Parts department is great
Was in the area from San Antonio and my tuck started acting up. I called was told they would take a look. When i arrived they told me all their mechanics were on break, even the one i was talking to, and i needed to come back in an hour. When i came back they just said that i could make an appointment for later next week! I understand you get busy but don't have me drive an hour, wait an hour and a half, then tell me to go away!!! Maybe buy another brand so you dont have to deal with them.....
