I want to share that I had a very bad experience with Luke Fruia in Brownsville. I brought my truck in for an airbag recall service, and during the process a part of the dashboard was broken without any explanation or prior notice. We were never informed about this issue. The service advisor, Martin Marin, was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire experience.
