Mike and his team ensure every detail is accounted for. Their selection is enormous and can accommodate any style. I highly recommend them for any remodeling needs.
Never had a single problem with this company or its employees. I guess you won't ever please a customer that wants something of quality for nothing! Quality does take time. Maybe the customers were more about quick than perfect. Me, I would much prefer an excellent job!
Double overcharged by a company representative (admitted by manager Sammy James); installation took 3 weeks after the original date.First time they brought the wrong profiles; Second-wrong color and third- materials were less as needed.After the first couple of attempts manager refused to answer all calls & messages.
Walking in the showroom I couldn't tell who was a customer or who was employee, ,,,never mind, no one came to help me until I finally asked for help. Gal who came over was disheveled looking, wearing an old t shirt & didn't seem to want to hep me spend my $8000! I asked about colors for the granite samples lying around & she said" I don't know".
