Had X-rays done here Not only are the reports not uploaded to pocket health approx 15-20 days later ... But I don't know if I can ever trust the radiologist at gnmi According the the report sent to my family doc I had a displaced fracture from the previously healed fracture for X-ray done in Feb 1st week! And again now the X-ray done at st cath shows a healed X-ray!!!! So that's majority! And since gnmi won't give the report or film as others do so.... What can I say???? I had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. They canceled my ultrasound appointment at the last minute, claiming they had sent a text—yet I never received anything. There was no apology, no accountability. The manager was incredibly rude and condescending, refusing to acknowledge their mistake. I had taken time off work for this procedure, only to be treated with complete disregard. This is not the first time I’ve had issues here. A newer building, very clean, lots of seating, and it is well organized. Walk ins accepted. Technicians complete your requisitions in an efficient manner and have you back on your way quickly.
Radiologist was extremely rude. Making jokes about playing the lottery because my family doctor sent me for a 2nd ultrasound as the 1st one didn't show any results. He also implied my doctor was at fault. "Has your doctor ever heard of a phone?" as if my doctor was foolish to be concerned about a lump. I work retail and wouldn't talk to a customer that way, let alone a medical patient. The staff at the Linwell location was so nice and this location I experienced the total opposite.
