I had a call from GNMI Welland Ave. For my upcoming appointment. The lady was very pleasant and very helpful. When I came in for my scan, same lady ( came to know her name, young Asian woman name Kayla). She was so helpful and made my appointment very easy and quick. Very impressed with the kindness of a reception staffer who went the extra mile in assisting a friend’s daughter who arrived late after a confusing voicemail was left sending her to the wrong location. Not only did she empathize with her but was able to get her a new appointment the next day instead of her having to go back on the list for another month’s wait. This review is not about the staff or the facility. My concern is with the way the X-rays were interpreted, which felt vague, brief, and rushed. Last year, a report from another facility provided a much clearer, more detailed explanation of the findings. This report was short and generalized, and did not clearly reflect the changes shown on my recent imaging.
