The blonde, curly-haired receptionist needs to work on the way she speaks to people. She is very rude and consistently has an unpleasant tone. Every time I interact with her, she is rude. Management needs to review how customer and public service are being handled at the front desk.
Clean new facility, friendly to book and relatively short wait times. Mammogram technician was so professional, reassuring and calm she made the experience almost pleasant!

Receptionist knows better than doctors. Family Doc told us to get ultrasound at 8th week but receptionist decided to book us for 9th week not because they don’t have appointments because then know better than a doctor. They never listen and their one and only answer is that they only do at 9th week.
The only issue I had was during a carotid ultrasound , the technician took my blood pressure over my my clothes which can give a false reading, probably didn't want to bother with the extra time it takes to remove my sweater. Should have better training.
