They are great but the parking is horrible. Always at least a hand full of cars circling. They are putting in more business which means even more parking issues coming. At least parking is free.
Just got off the phone with Caroline and she was the most wonderful receptionist! She was patient and went above-and-beyond to help me book some appointments at other GNMI locations after I explained my situation. If the world had more Carolines in it - what a truly wonderful place it would be.
Doctors can be judgmental and behave really rudely.
The blonde, curly-haired receptionist needs to work on the way she speaks to people. She is very rude and consistently has an unpleasant tone. Every time I interact with her, she is rude. Management needs to review how customer and public service are being handled at the front desk.
Clean new facility, friendly to book and relatively short wait times. Mammogram technician was so professional, reassuring and calm she made the experience almost pleasant!
