Willicia was amazing! She was friendly, gentle, punctual, knowledgable, patient, and much more. Breastfeeding was becoming unbearable, as a new mom not knowing what to expect or proper latching. After she came in and made life became easier for me and baby. She helped me through the hardest part. Breastfeeding is like a right of passage (hope I am saying that correectly).
