In this tight rental market, I was surprised by the great customer service provided by GMLC. They were happy to take the time to answer all my questions then followed up with me to review my background check and verify inconsistent information. They accepted me and ever since I have enjoyed my unit and haven't had any problems. They are always friendly.
Wish I never rented from these people. So two faced nice up front and the absolute rudest attitudes later. I paid my rent every month for 3 years, if i was late or anything I always paid my fees. They lost my rent (money order) once so I replaced it after cancelling it and only paid via personal check after. Following month they called and said I hadn't paid rent yet...
