David Bond is apparently the only person at GMI that handles insurance for car rental fleets. He is extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. I repeatedly requested over email that he call me to answer some questions I had because this type of insurance is obviously not simple. I also called and left a message asking for him to call me.
