Checked in online and let them know I was on the way in and would be arriving in 15 minutes since my son had a small cut on his head. When almost to the location, I was called and told that the doctor said to bring him somewhere else! Waitlist at the time was 17 minutes. Cut wasn’t on the temple and was below hairline. He needed 2 stitches, something this place should have easily handled.
My son visited the urgent care with an injured leg. They took X-Rays in an acceptable amount of time. We were told to wait roughly 4 hours to hear back from the doctor after the results were in. Well, 10 days later, no response or ability to reach anyone over the phone! The X-Ray did show up in MyChart after a few hours, apparently, it's up to the patient to do the rest. Will never be back, not sure how this place is even open.

This place is a joke. There's always one car in the parking lot and they are NEVER open! It's 3:15 on Sat 3/8/25 nobody will answer the door. They are supposed to be open until 3:45 on Sat and Sun but it's a ghost town. HUGE WASTE OF TIME WHEN YOUR SICK!!!!!
I do not complain much about health facilities because I work in healthcare but I have witnessed several times the staff refusing care to patients and even myself. I worked at the family practice next door for a few years and there was a patient (was not an established patient of ours) that said he was being refused to be seen by this urgent care for CHEST PAIN and was instructed to drive to ER. This was unethical. Despite him not being our patient, we still at least took his vitals and called the squad. This had to be over ... read more
