Horrible services Jackie the health provider She is incompetent of her job and-refuses medical care To children which doesn’t make sense because you work at a urgent care and you should be able to provide care to all ages. This urgent care needs to be closed down due to they are never open when they say they are & Horrible services And refuse medical care.
I think my other review was deleted, or I posted a similar one on a related board. From experience and observation, several things are apparent. Emergency and urgent care facilities are either terrible at triage, or have abandoned the practice. This from experience. Reading quips from the past 6 months confirms my suspicion. They tell you to make an appointment. This should tell you all you need. Appointments are the LAST thing anyone should associate with a facility that deals with random medical crises. I liked getting in no appointment, fast service i sure liked the doctor and the treatment with meds.
Sunday morning, showed up at 7:57 waited till 8:01 and walked to the door……. they’re not open, waited about 10 to 12 minutes. They never opened. Not sure what’s going on.
