Staff was friendly
300+ dollars for a 5 minute visit. Self-paid and had to wait in the waiting room for over 45 minutes with no one else there. They didn’t apply any of the potential discounts for self-pay. I will never return to a Kettering urgent care.
I went in on Friday to get looked at for what I can only describe as flesh tearing close to my right rib. I get looked at, and for some reason, they thought I'd popped a rib(still don't know where they got that idea from). I go to get X-rays and they say they'll call me back to talk about the results. 5 days and many unanswered phone calls later(the one time they answered, I was rudely hung up on, then lied tob when I asked about it), I go back in to figure out why I wasn't called back.
