I had a severe sinus infection and couldn't get in to my Dr as it was the weekend. I googled this establishment and it said they were open and there was an approximate wait time of eleven minutes, so we drove the thirteen miles and arrived at 12:30pm. only to find a sign at the reception window saying "we are out for lunch until 2:00pm. Please sign the register and have a seat". Needless to say, we went elsewhere. A notice on their website that they close from 12-2pm. Would have solved this issue and avoided our frustration.
Never answer their phone even at 9:10 am been trying call since they have opened at 8 am they still have their voicemail set to they are closed 2 diff times messed up with my test results a year apart.
I would strongly suggest to not use this facility if you are getting a sports physical. They do not do physicals. I took my son to have his completed today, as I signed in and waited at the window (closed) of the receptionist desk, the receptionist (than opened window) told us to sign in and please have a seat and they would be with me in a moment (closed the window again). Don't waste your time or your insurance premiums. They will not listen to what you have to say and will push their agenda on you. Visitor beware
