If I could give this company zero or negative stars I would. My sister lives in the stretch in Lexington, Kentucky, and is currently moving out today. The fees that they are charging her and her roommates are absolutely astronomical. I told them to not pay the fee that was on their account balance, which was a $360 charge for UTILITIES for EACH of them. My son rents in their apartment building in Lexington Ky , Stretch Apts at Six Mile Rd. The current Renovations are all over the news, the contractor has left doors open, removed door knobs and left it, unplugged refrigerator, left hvac on 89 in this heat wave. So many landlord tenant laws have been broken in this situation. With no current recourse.
Rented apartment from one of the groups they own, and had horrible move out experience, rented from The Academy Campustown: One of the worst companies to lease an apartment from, do not give them your money! To start the apartment was extremely dirty when we moved in, it was clear the previous tenants and staff did not put in any effort to ensure the apartment was clean before move in.
