GMH Communities owns Anova UCity Square in Philadelphia, PA. Anova was once a community I loved, but management’s lack of consideration for residents over the past week has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. There has been a 6-day hot water outage in the entirety of the building during an emergency heat wave, making the building uninhabitable.
