Don't ever use this company. They transferred my loan on 3/1/2018 to a new servicing company, and cannot give me a payoff amount until at least 3/9/2018. This may impact the sale of my house. Horrible. Nothing but apologies with the excuse that "it's not fully uploaded into our system." Not my problem. Beware!!!!
