I wanted to write a quick review about the service we have received from Ryan Larussa and Siedda Hines of the Baton Rouge office. I cant say enough nice things about the way they have handled our loan, keeping in touch with us and always returning emails and phone calls promptly. While other lenders are letting people postpone payments for their homes and are adding them to the back end of the loan. GMFS says you can postpone them for 3 months but they will jack your loan amount up until you pay it back. Y’alls backers must be so far out of reality it isn’t funny. Many people have lost their jobs or they’re out of work for the corona pandemic do you really think people can afford to pay a larger loan amount than they are. Absolutely rediculous

I’ve had GMFS for almost ten years and I never had any issues. My house flooded twice in 2016 and both times I had a contractor there to got the property and restore it . Before specialized loan servicing took over GMFS Lending me a bill stating that they paid for someone to remove debris from the property. I submitted all of my receipts and invoices showing the contrary that I had a license contractor doing the work.
