Vraiment clueless et incompétence à la réception
My doctor is incredibly kind and patient, but the receptionists at this clinic are insanely rude and unhelpful. It’s also impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe at this clinic if you have a short-term need. It’s already incredibly difficult to get appointments in the public system and hard to understand information.
