First my family doctor has been on vacation for more than 1year and none of the staff have an idea of when she’ll be back. Second I needed to get a dosage adjustment and they refused because "I can only do that with my family doctor" and they tried gaslighting me into thinking I’m anemic. Went through the 811 and got my proper dosage :) don’t waste your time here.
