Tried making an appointment for Dr Nigen after having my referral faxed there. No one answers the phone. When someone finally did(feb 18 2025 @ 1529)after four days of trying, the lady took my information, put the phone down and never came back. I was not on hold. She just put the phone down and ignored me. I was left there for around half an hour before I hung up. Now they are back to not answering the phone. Very unprofessional.
J’ai été suivi pendant toute ma grossesse par Melisa et Dr.Rochette. Le suivi était excellent, Melisa a toujours bien pris le temps de m’écouter et de répondre à mes questions, je me suis sentie en confiance dès ma première consultation avec elle. La même chose pour Dr.Rochette, toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions et mes inquiétudes lors de mes rendez-vous avec elle.
Dr. Antoine Jolette-Riopel is young and open minded and open hearted. I adore this young professional. I can talk about everything with him, knowing my numerous reactions to medications, he's open to vitamins and supplements, and rare are Doctors so understanding. Anytime I call, its considered an emergency because of the many traumatic experiences I've lived at several hospital's emergency or above. Dr. Jolette-Riopel mastered the Art of Listening and that's a rare trait for a doctor. All in all, I would never exchange him ... read more
