Wow, the other reviews from customers seem very troubling and I am sorry they had a bad experience. Buying a home is very fast paced in the San Jose market. This is stressful and painful if the lending is not right. Again, I feel the pain when things go wrong. My agent highly recommend GMCC when my current lender wasn't fast enough. Very poor service. Wasted my time and money going through this lender
This review is for Ken Hui. Ken completely led us down a wrong path and did not provide the right guidance. He submitted a letter to our buyer taking full responsibility of the delay and their failure to close on the loan. Here are the details of our experience and all the things that went wrong: 1) The appraisal was extremely delayed and we constantly had to follow up on the appraisal results. We really enjoyed working with James. He is super knowledgeable and very responsive in answering any questions. His team is also fantastic and very on top of the whole process, ensuring loan conditions are addressed, appraisals reports come out on time, and escrow all go smoothly. It's truly a pleasure to do our loans with James.
working with GMCC has been the worse experience of my life time. please avoid this company at all time. their rate is low, but fees are doubled. cant close the loan on time and you have to pay another fee for extension. no efficiency in terms of communication/requesting for documents. I got extremely frustrated working with them. stay away from those greedy scammers.
