Absolutely terrible experience with this plumbing company. They were rude, unprofessional, and tried to scam me into replacing my entire toilet for an outrageous price when it was just a simple leak. They showed up late, left a mess in my bathroom, and became condescending when I questioned their upselling tactics. Avoid at all costs if you value honest and professional service!
