Great experience as usual
My truck broke down Saturday afternoon. I immediately took it into GMC as it was no longer gonna be drivable. The service department was closed at two, but they still had techs and a Service writer Jonah. Jonah immediately got on my truck ran the codes and determined it to be an issue with my transmission. We pulled it into the shop and that afternoon a tech went through it and they found the cause the parts were ordered and I had my truck back by Tuesday afternoon. I didn’t make an appointment.
