Buying a Ford Expedition from GMC of Billings was an absolute trainwreck, and these frauds should be banned from ever touching a car again. The front differential was grinding like a dying beast on the drive home—clear proof their ‘inspection’ was a pathetic scam. Worst place ever
Super friendly and beyond helpful staff James was super cool and they all went beyond to meet my needs.
We have had our car in four times for the same warranty repair. Our car has been at the dealer for a total of over 65 days over the four trips to have it fixed. The service department has a serious lack of urgency and desire to actually try to find a solution to fix the car. They also do not communicate unless you call them. But they lack voicemail and when leaving a message with the receptionist I think they throw the Post It notes away.
