I wish there was a zero star rating. I have nicely asked for follow up several times regarding the lack of service they claimed to do on my vehicle. They are liars and cheats! Failed to rotate tires when they said they did and failed to do an alignment. Still waiting on a follow-up email or a follow-up phone call which no service underwriter or management apparently has the respect to do. Do not trust them to service your vehicle. If there was an option to leave no star that’s what this place would get. My wife went in and found a car that would meet her needs with our kids and two young foster boys. Starting off with the salesmen who said he couldn’t sell a jeep compass with less than 40,000 miles on it. “Jeeps are just hard to sell” he was only going to give us half of its value. Horrible
This dealership reached out looking to make an end of month sale. I sent all their information they needed on my trade. Pushed for lots of things. Then they didn’t even have the decency to reach back out after I gave them everything they needed. Reached out the day after and they just low balled me. $12k less than what other dealers offered. What horrible service. Ghost you then blow you off with horrible service.
