Just WOW! What an experience it was getting a new truck from GMC of Billings. I live out of State and found through my GM Supplier portal a fantastic deal on a new GMC Hummer. The sales team, Mike and Tyler worked hard on my deal, all done remotely. No BS, no games. Never stepped foot on the dealership. They communicated the entire steps of the process (they have a great group text communication tool). Steve in the Finance department was also fantastic. I cannot rave enough about my experience in working with GMC of Billings. Marquis was very diligent but remained respectful throughout our entire buying process. His boss (Tyler) and I were able to negotiate a very fair deal for both parties. We were very upfront with each other and did not need to go back and forth very much which saved us both a ton of time. 5 stars ONLY because of Jonah in the service department. My first time bringing my Suburban here for a routine oil change. Pulled in behind a long line of cars waiting to be serviced. Walked in to find someone who would check me in. Most places I’ve been to, someone runs out to meet you and get you checked in. Here, I stood in front of a girl at what I thought might be the check-in desk. She was on the phone for the longest time, never even looking up to acknowledge me. We stopped in during a camping trip from Minnesota to check some fluid splatter and everyone in service was extremely helpful. They diagnosed the issue and offered to check our fluids without charge and we were on our way without delay. Highly recommend!

If there was an option to leave no star that’s what this place would get. My wife went in and found a car that would meet her needs with our kids and two young foster boys. Starting off with the salesmen who said he couldn’t sell a jeep compass with less than 40,000 miles on it. “Jeeps are just hard to sell” he was only going to give us half of its value.
