Excellent experience from start to finish. Starting with Cierra, the wonderful lady who scheduled, and checked me in for my appointment. Me, coming from out of state. I have had very bad experiences and bad customer service where I lived before. Cierra, was very friendly, helpful, and excellent at her job. The rest of the employees got me right in, did the work in excellent time, and got me on my way. A big thank you to them all, and the good customer service!!!
Tire deals are a scam. They will work a fair price on tires and then try to charge almost $240 for balancing. They had him prepay for the tires and never mentioned that was an additional charge on the day he brings it in. Weren’t even going to tell him luckily he saw the extra charge and called them out on it. My husband made an appointment which he took off time from work to go to and when he got there they said it was going to be at least an hour before they could even start. I recently leased a 2024 GMC Hummer EV SUV from GMC of Billings. The price and communication during the initial process were very good — the team was responsive and straightforward when discussing numbers and availability. Because I purchased the vehicle out of state, I was not able to see it in person and relied on the dealer to send me photos to evaluate its condition. Just WOW! What an experience it was getting a new truck from GMC of Billings. I live out of State and found through my GM Supplier portal a fantastic deal on a new GMC Hummer. The sales team, Mike and Tyler worked hard on my deal, all done remotely. No BS, no games. Never stepped foot on the dealership. They communicated the entire steps of the process (they have a great group text communication tool). Steve in the Finance department was also fantastic.
